CHU大学出台了新的学费和奖学金政策，从2012年7月1日开始施行。
奖学金政策：
Merit-based scholarships for degree programs
•3.0 GPA covers 5% of tuition
•3.25% covers 10% of tuition
•3.5% covers 15% of tuition
•3.75 covers 20% of tuition
•No deadline nor application required- scholarship eligibility is determined upon acceptance based on transcripts
新的学费政策，本科和硕士学费都大幅降低。
Starting from July 2, 2012 CHU will have the flat rate tuition for all domestic and international students.
Tuition for Starts from July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012
(No difference in cost among in-state, out-of-state, or international students)
IETP (Intensive English and TOEFL® Preparation program)
$1,640 + $180 (student fees)= $1,820/semester
*The IETP Program runs 48 weeks for a total of three (3) semesters
*IETP program is a one year program (3 full semesters of 4 months each). There are no breaks in between semesters.
BA in International Business
$2,388 (12 credit hours) + $342 (Student Fees)= $2,730/semester
*1 credit hour= $199
MBA (Accounting, Finance, Health Care Management, Environmental Management)
$4,275 (9 credit hours) + $385 (Student Fees)= $4,660/semester
*1 credit hour= $385
* An international student may take every third semester off when in the BA or MBA program
