(The letter from Vicki, Jim's wife)

 

We love you Jim - very much!

 

  I am so sorry to inform everyone that Esl Seminars (Jim Rarick) left

for heaven yesterday at 2:20pm, July 12, 2014 at Regions Hospital in

Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA. He died in his sleep peacefully.

 

  He had a Maxillary Sinus - Squamous Cell Carcinoma cancer that was

still growing after all the chemo therapies and radiations. He even had

a second round of chemo which was not working. The last time we were

told the cancer was growing under his brain and inoperable. He has been

experiencing terrible pains since before 2013 that he took as sinus

infection. He was diagnosed of this cancer in August 2013 after an

unbearable pain.

 

  He loves his English teaching/tutoring more than anything else and had

help many changed their lives for the better. What a wonderful

accomplishment!

 

  I love you Jim, very much. I will miss your smile, your hugs and

everything. I will miss your jokes, how you call my name, how you sat

and sleep at your desk, how you teach and joke with your students, I

will miss you dearly and you will be in my heart until we meet again.
